Shane has trained himself and competed in many powerlifting meets to include sites in Iraq. 


He also is an NPC Bodybuilder. Bodybuilding has saved Shane’s life and he understands what the benefits are and what is required to succeed in this business. 


He is dedicated to making a better life not just for his family but the community.

Jessica grew up in Litchfield, MN with a desire to learn about the human body, health & fitness.


She was a 3 sport athlete through middle and high school then graduated from Minnesota School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Health & Fitness Specialist degree.


Shortly after she got her ACSM personal training certification & started managing a local gym as well as training clients.


Jessica’s own fitness journey focused on running 5k’s but going through 2 knee surgeries in high school her joints did not appreciate the constant impact.


She shifted to weight training which transitioned into competing in Natural Bodybuilding Shows (2014-2017).


She enjoys spending her time training at the gym with her husband, spending time with their 4 kids, working with clients & being active outdoors.


Her passion is to help others reach their goals & achieve an overall healthy, active lifestyle.

We help you lose body fat and build muscle with clean bulk ups. Working with calorie deficits to lean you out and keep the muscle. We are firm believers that what you weigh is not a goal. It is how you wear the weight.
